Check all that apply.

Are there signs of an anaphylactic reaction (ie. trouble breathing or swallowing)?

Are you experiencing a severe local reaction? (Ie. significant pain beyond the initial lesion MORE than 10cm in diameter)

Do you have a history of a severe reaction?

Is the patient under the age of 2 years old?

Have you experience a sting to the tongue or mouth?

Have you experienced multiple stings?

Is there a bullseye appearance around the lesion?

Does the lesion appear infected?

Has the lesion persisted for more than 7 days?

Has the lesion not improved after 24 hours of treatment?
